USAPA is claiming they want representation through a non-USAPA east committee. I don't think anyone is objecting. What they argue is a different story. The real fact is that usapa is dragging their feet hoping for en banc.

They don't have to drag their feet, that's going to happen anyway. I was in federal court Tuesday and the AOL lawyer said they would stipulate that it was okay for USAPA to use union funds for En Banc.

We need a merger committee, period.

Honestly, I don't know any 3rd listers outside of maybe 2 or 3 that feel otherwise. We should be outside of this.

Agree - That's why I thought the USAPA list was so shockingly flawed, unfair, and unrealistic. And it even rearranged the current third-listers list!
