What a joke. Ken Holmes, a member of AOL, helped craft the MOU as one of NAC members. West pilots made up half of the NAC. I don't recall a peep from him or any west BPR member prior to the vote. I sometimes think you guys believe this BS.

Show me where the West Class was a party to the MOU or the PA. APA and The COMPANY aided and abetted USAPA in crafting an illegal contractual provision specifically to harm the minority pilot group based in Phoenix. They got busted. The Chickens are coming home to roost finally.
Go to cactuspilot.com. Look at About US. You will see Ken's name. He was a part of the committee that brought us ALL the MOU. I cannot remember a single word from him or the west BPR members about the MOU being illegal prior to the vote. Again, an AOL principle helped produce the document that they later claimed was illegal. And the west overwhelmingly voted for the MOU. How you can claim that the west was not a party is beyond me.

It was the Scab union that reneged...again. Not the West pilots. In fact the 9th highlighted that exact behavior citing it as the very definition of a DFR. Thank God USAPA was run by complete idiots. They had their chance and blew it time and again.

Beyond you? Go file a law suit against "the west" and see how far you get. Are you East or LAA? USAPA said 10h was neutral so certain pilots accepted that and voted how they wanted. AFTER the MOU passed the supremely fake Union USAPA claimed 10h killed off the Nic and they were free to follow through on the West screw job. Busted.
