I think it's still going according to Eaglefly's plan. I believe he said if they use the "undiluted NIC" then there will be a different method of feathering to preserve the AA equities. Looks like the method is to bring out the staple gun. His "head will explode" once the arbitration panel wholly rejects that nonsense.

If you're going to be embarrassed by anything it should be your association with USAPA. USAPA never did, never has, and never intended to treat a West pilot with a SHRED of fairness. If this had gone your way, you would have happily stapled the West Pilots and the nano-second the APA took over the Doors of USAPA would have slammed shut, the money dispersed, and the rats would have sprinted for the shadows and no one would admit to ever knowing anything about "USAPA" (whatever that is) That was the plan.
Boy did that blow up in your face. You'll be lucky if you get the Nic award.

I'm posting this response without having read anything regarding the integration since days ago....and yes, my head is still in one piece.
Why ?
Because I've said all along that the pure Nic might not only be proposed by just about anyone except AAPSIC which WOULD surprise me (although my head wouldn't explode), but.........*drumroll*..........might EVEN be adopted by the arbitrators in crafting their final ISL. If some of you would even read my posts or could through your Lion's jowl foam, you'd remember that. AGAIN, In that case though, I'd expect the arbitrators to mitigate its use so as not to A. negatively impact LAA pilot career expectations or B. provide the pre-merger West a windfall at LAA pilot's expense.
So...........having read nothing by anyone yet, I'll simply state the same which I've stated all along. I'll comment more when I can digest whatever info is now out that makes you post things like this.
