Are you going to just keep throwing darts until you finally hit something? BTW, keep throwing because I am in no way involved in this SLI any more than you are.

Do you actually think your the only pilot out of 15,000 that makes an effort to stay educated about their career? I have made an effort to remain educated on issues that may effect me or that effect our airline. Sorry you think that makes me something more in your eyes than I am - a pilot trying to stay abreast of his career.

This all seems a little juvenile to me of you playing some "feign game". To what end? You really don't have ANY information that those who need to know don't already know so there is NOTHING you could post that could add any value beyond what is already known.

Why don't you put up the tin foil hat and just use your knowledge to educate, to clarify and to change perceptions about issues that you can clearly and accurately propose and defend? Your time spent on this forum would be much more beneficial for all, particularly yours, and your credibility would obviously increase from what I sense is viewed now.
You see my contradictions and I see yours. In paragraph 3 above you state "there is NOTHING you could post that could any value beyond what is already known" and then in the next paragraph, admonish me to "use my knowledge to educate, to clarify and to change perceptions about issues that you can clearly and accurately propose and defend".

Well, how can I do that if there is NOTHING I could post that could "be of any value beyond what is already known" ?

Hey, I do want to thank you though. Truly, I do. Our little exchange has intensified a concern of an issue for not just AE flows, but LAA furloughees as part of the broader desire for a longevity component sought and especially by the West.

Again, good luck to you man. No hard feelings.

Everyone has knowledge no matter how little it is. Enough said.

You might want to take a break from the keyboard your responses are becoming a little irrational.

I was under the impression you guys out west wanted to end the delays and have the SLI proceed on schedule? Is it reasonable to assume that this hearing on the 24th will cause further delay?

Nope, just one day, this was the company attorneys request due to his religious beliefs. The delay so far has been all east induced, heck they held up single carrier for 6 months and sued over the pa causing another 3 mos delay then walked out of sli causing further 3 mos delay. Are you aware they threaten to sue over the first arbitration hearing that awarded the west a seat? All east all the time.

Cacti,

Thanks for the clarification. It's been a good ride out East due to the attrition, but most of us 3L pilots realize it has been at the West's expense due to USAPA. The sooner this is over, the better for all. It's difficult to get factual information from our reps out East, are you guys confident this process will come to a conclusion next Spring?

Uh, the SLI was all set to go until the west appeal came through.

Yeah, the list will be done by next spring if not sooner the arbs are done playing. Now that list being put into use is a different matter.,The east has sent legal claims to company and apa that if they aren't satisfied with new list they will challenge the west being given a seat in court ( company uses this as excuse for backing east in front of Silver) so the company is free to sit on list and not use it (again delay language the scum usapa insisted be put into pa)forever if they so choose. My personal opinion is unlike the east/west battle where the company saved $600 million in pilot costs, now separate ops willcost the company $ millions and Based on their track record I don't see them eating it.

Did the appeal cause the delay or did usapa walking out cause the delay? Get a grip. The sli should have been done 6 months ago if it wasn't for usapa scum.
