can anyone recommend a company for interview prep and resume/application review that is best directed at American?

EC worked well for me.

Emerald Coast is excellent and semi-tailored to your scheduled interview based on the info/feedback they have. You also have the option to re-attend and/or do phone prep. Well worth the investment IMO.

Apply to Emirates and Etihad,

Fill out the application, get your paperwork together, practice interviewing with them and then say thanks, but no thanks.

You will then be 100% ready for every US Airline interview after that. ;)

Thread bump. Anyone willing to share their credentials for those OTS who received video interview emails over the past month?

Flying101 07-30-2016 04:35 PM

AA have slowed down hiring, only 3 classes since May (May 3rd, June 21st, and July 26th).. I don't think any OTS new hires in the last few classes...

As of June 2016...

Flow (Envoy, PSA, Piedmont)- 185
Street Hire (Civilian) - 23
Street Hire Military - 75
Recalls for June - 16

Bump. How many OTS folks are getting interviews? What are the backgrounds/credentials? I would assume still mostly fighter dudes?

I hear NAI is hiring for 787 capt. slots out of Fort Lauderdale. Check em out. If you don't make Capt right off its within reach within 18 months.

Recently it seems like 70/30 Military vs Civilian.
Military is balanced Fighters/Bombers vs Tanker/Transport.
