I also uploaded it to the "other" section as you mentioned, printed it out along with a resume at Women in Aviation to hand to the recruiters, and had it on hand during my interview as well. I was hired and although I'm sure it wasn't because I had a cover letter...as you also mentioned...I'm sure it doesn't hurt. Good luck and have fun! :) |
