Just a heads up, WF sold 20,000 shares of $AAWW stock about 6hrs ago. Value of $496,512.12. Probably in response to the economic stand point and the fact he's heading to AmTrak but still, could give a bad sign to investors and see a deep stock drop tomorrow or monday.

like many Airlines now in the toilet Atlas in recent years embarked on a massive stock buy back programme using would be hard earned (by employees,) profits instead of reinvesting in in aforementioned employees, infrastructure or just keeping a positive cash balance for contingencies. The problem with this is all of the airline executives are on share based remuneration packages so they used the money WE made them to pump the stock and thus directly enrich themselves. Parker at AA cashed out more then $150,000,000 of stock he basically got for free, pumped with company profits and cashed out in the last couple of years. Now the stock is in the toilet and there is little cash on hand. Atlas executives have been playing exactly the same game, using money the employees at AAWH made to "buy back" stock, try and raise the market and cash out their stock based remuneration. AMERICAN GREED.

Just be yourself and be relaxed. The phone screen is usually an HR representative who will just verify your qualifications again and ask a few basic questions. Also, Atlas and Southern have started to do Skype interviews during the Corona Craziness, but the format is basically the same.

Skype Interview prep: Stay up all night then take a 2-3 hour nap on the floor or a chair just prior to the interview. Put on your best pajamas and hotel slippers, sit down at your computer and open the window so the sun is shining right in your face. Pour yourself some stale (but strong) burnt tasting coffee in a paper cup, don’t bother with the breath mints you don’t need them, you’re ready. If your answers are semi coherent and in English you’re hired.
