Because you can't be a LCA in the same year you got hired. Since you know Envoy so well, you should know this.
But you have no clue what you are talking about.
Best case scenario, just when you hit 2 years. But you know this, because you are arguing with me about Envoys contract.
I've already explained why you are wrong. Just admit it and move on. You started this by saying a 1500 hour CFI can be a LCA in 2 years, now you are back pedaling and hit the wall. You just have no clue.
You must be an Envoy recruiter.

Top of page 3: "I'm aware of that which is why the first three words I said was, "If a pilot"
Are you saying that company policy at Envoy prevents a pilot from becoming an LCA in their first year and second year? You said, "Best case scenario, just when you hit 2 years." Do you have an official quote to back this up?
What reason are you actually giving for why a pilot with thousands of hours of 121 time could not possibly become an LCA at Envoy within the first two years?

I've said since the beginning that I was talking about pilots in general. I even quoted my words early on when you lied about what I was saying. The 1500 hour pilot was just one scenario.

But you would know this, right?
Oh, you don't . Sorry, forgot you are just full of it.

That means you lied when you said this, "Because you can't be a LCA in the same year you got hired."
And you lied when you said this, "Best case scenario, just when you hit 2 years."

Right... so there's nothing prohibiting a direct entry Captain from becoming an LCA in the first two years or someone from upgrading quickly and becoming an LCA within the same timeframe. You've just admitted that.

No, I just said the exact opposite. You just have no clue.
Let adults talk here okay? Go back to your side hustle as an Envoy recruiter.

Bottom line, these new “rates” are desperate measures during desperate times. Maybe it will bode well for some and not so much for others and time will tell. Either way, I hope those who are able to capitalize on it do and may the rest of us as well industry wide. Issue at hand is a looming recession perhaps so timing is everything and especially for those undergoing negotiations or starting them soon. Managements all over are sure to be watching this outcome as well as dragging things out as inflation rises, wages taper, gas prices continue to punch holes in wallets, war continues, leadership wanes, etc., etc., etc… It’s definitely “Frogger” out there right now!

I gave a few examples of how a pilot could get to that near $300/hour rate by 2 years and you're suggesting that they're all "almost impossible"?
