The negative bellyaching definitely ain't making this place better. Myself and the rest of us FNG are sick of it. If it's so bad then gtfo already. But I'm guessing the legacies aren't calling are they? If you feel handcuffed to this place then it's you're fault, chalk it up to bad life choices.

The best response to someone trying to stir up a hornet's nest is just to ignore them. Pitching rocks back in the direction of the nest just stirs things up to no purpose. It's a forum, of course and all opinions should be welcome. That doesn't mean that all opinions should be agreed with. That's OK and we're all best served when the issues are honestly and intelligently debated. When the rhetoric starts to become personal though, this valuable forum once again devolves into a version of Flightinfo.com.

Brush up on your ATP general, to include some NAT track stuff, and weather symbols. You know, the funny squiggle things on the charts we use to keep the sun out with.... there were also some descent rate questions. There is I think a page in here somewhere that I believe is pretty close to the test. Not sure which page, I'm sorry. Hope it goes well!

My phone interview was mainly just an HR type of conversation. What do you know about Atlas, why are you interested in Atlas, etc. I received the face-to-face interview invite via email minutes after speaking with HR on the phone.
For the technical portion of the face-to-face interview, I was asked the things that 206TonTakeoff mentioned.
