Latest I heard:
IF current attrition continues at the current rate, and programmed increase in airframes/flying pans out, we need to hire about 650 pilots over the next 2 years.
Probably our attrition will increase, and I think for sure we will have existing and new customers asking for lift above and beyond our planned increases, so I think the 650 numbers are the floor of new hires required.

Just to be clear, you mean that after this upcoming class, there will not be another class until September? Is this from a reliable source?

Atlas needs ever person it can get through the training program right now. I don't believe it is physically possible for them to hired enough to Have the number of crews that scheduling would like for peak flying this year...
Yes interviews and classes are scheduled and happening.

This is probably due to lots of OE flying. While in recurrent recently, we were told that they are pulling DE's from the training center to do OE.
