Well, it never hurts, but it has been covered and seems to fall into a few different categories;

Guys have lots of good experience, internal recs, get interviewed, get hired.

Guys with lots of good experience, internal recs, get interviewed, don't get hired.

Guys with lots of good experience, internal recs, CAN'T even get interviewed.

Guys with lots of good experience, NO internal recs, then just finish the rest with the above three endings.

When the SCBA is done you'll probably get a very clear idea of what the majority of the fleet will be. I'd give yourself, ummm, about 3 weeks or so...

Just saying.
3 weeks? Seems like I've been reading that since page 1 of this thread! Nevertheless, I hope you're right.

I heard from the same person that said 3 weeks that the arbitrator was taking so long because he wants to increase the pay to pilots by 214.82%. Just saying.

Be careful, it may just be a request for more info from Kasher. He has done this in the past. Communication from Kasher just means he's still alive. BTW, he said, two to three weeks. Sounds like a Labor Day present.

121.485 says if you're part of a heavy crew you get twice your flight time rest when you return to base. Atlas operates under an exemption that says says you don't get double out rest unless you were scheduled for more than 12 hours flight time during a duty period while you were away from base.

What? Scared of a little rain?

That would suck to have an interview rescheduled after getting all the ducks lined up already. Good luck.
