Don't get wrapped around a date. This, along with the initial phone screen call back are the two biggest and most frustrating items in our pilot selection process. IMHO, the basic issue is a lack of attention to detail or compassion for the applicant on the part of Atlas HR.
When we tell an applicant that you will hear in 2 weeks, that date should be circled in red. No excuses, but unfortunately, it is not important to them.

Hey, long-time lurker, first-time poster here...
World, I was the military girl (~5000TT, KC-10s/KC-135s) on your interview day...again, I can't stop remarking at how everyone in the group was sharp, and I wish everyone the best! Yes, nice review of our day in Miami, btw!

I was in the Sept group and got an email for the pool...not FedEx.
