Altas window open - sort of. Even though today is 8/15/13 the window states it "has re-opened effective 8/19/13". Not sure if that a typo. I think there's now an additional question on the PAQ and the MAC warning is listed under the PAQ.

Current Passport
Ability to pass a 10-year security background check and a pre-employment drug test

I thought I read on page 647 Atlas was overstaffed
That was one guy's opinion.
That may have been correct, at that time...."That was then, this is now"
Even if it was an official Atlas plan, Earth changes rapidly, and the plan can change...Atlas is very good at change.
Just like "How long 'til Captain upgrade?". All anyone knows is what the CURRENT upgrade wait is, TODAY. Once tomorrow starts, everything starts to change, and a 5 year upgrade can change to 15, and then to 2.
