To my knowledge the interview process remains the same as covered I'm detail. If it changes people will post it on here for sure. For those of you seeing the new wave of people leaving Atlas and are changing your mind about applying dont be too concerned. I don't know any of the people who have left personally but I assure you we are all happy that they are doing what is the best choice for them. If somebody is 30, lives in a junior base for united, delta, or AA, and wants to go there that's great. Probably a good long term move. For others that live in a two leg commute place to these bases Atlas and the gateway system offers a quality of life that they'd never get going to a major. Each of us have our own choices why we want to work at Brand X. Do whats best for you and your family. I promise you that even though lots of people are making the choice to stay or leave now that hiring has started again I doubt you'll find many who didn't enjoy their time at Atlas and would encourage you to apply. We will all know at the end of our career if we chose correct. Now lets get some interviews going and people out of the pool!

As of the last round of interviews this past Sept, everything that was posted throughout this forum was spot on.

Question - I've applied before and heard absolutely nothing back. I've also sent in my stuff and received an automatic reply. This time i got nothing again. Does getting the automatic reply confirm receipt of my app? Should I send it again until I get an automatic reply or would I just be spamming their presumably already full inbox?

I'm not sure there is any rhyme or reason behind the reply you got the one time. I applied twice, never heard anything till I was called for an interview. Good luck!

If you typed the email address correctly and you didn't receive a server message about a delivery failure, you're good to go. I applied and updated several times and, like portfo, never received anything...until the phone call. Good luck!

Is there some type of stigma associated with Higher Power Aviation??

What are your junior bases as of this year and what equipment can a new hire expect to be put on?

If you were to read the last 10 pages or so your questions will be answered. If you are serious about an interview I would read the whole string and you will get most of not all your questions about lifestyle and the hiring process answered.
