Make sure to do it on an RTFQ principle, as well as RTFA.

Some questions/answers have some tricky wording that could easily trip you up if your not thorough enough in determining the answers.

 

No, you don't need to get another medical. I was in the same situation. I was 8 months into my 1st class medical. I still checked the box to indicate I was 1st class current, and when I turned in the form at the interview I mentioned it and they had no problem with it at all.

 

sandstorm, it took maybe an hour to get the email. The HR lady told me that i would be enrolled by the end of the day though. Still have not taken the test, as I'm out flying and just doing a quick review prior to starting the test.

I had a similar issue. Didn't have it by the second day after the phone screen. I called her back and informed I didn't have it and she resent it.

 

Anyone able to check your technical assessment grade? I passed. If you wiggle around that website they do give you access to a unofficial CBT for those that want to start early.

 

As has been mentioned, and like you said, if you wiggle around you will be able to find your score. But you'll probably come up with what EVERYBODY else has. A 66.

Hey All! Did the online tech test last week and passed. If you read the instructions, it says that the passing grade is 66% which some of you have discovered is the MASTERY score. Got the call for a face to face interview on the 20th.

here are some of the questions

1. Rwy centerline lights last three thousand remaining? ( color)
2. Symbol for moderate icing
3. Symbol for sever squall line
4. On ILS31 JFK max hold speed in the hold
5. Final approach fix on the ILS31L JFK? What denotes the Final Approach Fix

7. CAT1 approach on short final WX 1600RVR in all zones. Do you continue or execute the missed

32. Again another Zurich TAF to find out what will be the weather in certain time window....e.i Becoming, Tempo, etc
