Atlas Air Hiring

The 767 (or any other fleet we get) will matter even to you when you are close to an upgrade...although, there were 80 or so guys senior to me that soooooo loved the 747 that they gave up a chance to upgrade...the most junior of them are now finally getting a chance while I've been the axxxxxe-in-charge for 2.5 years!!

I say this is jest, I flew the 757 for many years and its a great airplane, just checking to see if anyone is paying attention.

I've been sending in apps for 4 years. Atlas is still # 1 on my list. Don't know why I haven't got a look, last two apps have had a significant internal rec. Only thing I can figure is the break in flying jobs due to a break from military flying to civilian flying. Hope with guys leaving I'll get a look.

Right there with GPT. I've been applying now for 3.5 years and have not even had a glance. I've got several internals, but they dont help you until the actual interview. I've been to 2 job fairs and was not even given the time of day at both. But I'm sure the recruiters were busy and very tired, I understand that. Atlas has and will continue to be my first choice. It's frustrating, I know. But keep trying and keep pumping in those resumes and PAQs. I know I do.
