Yes, but any POI should give you same answer on this question unless they are brand new to 121.

Slightly off topic, but if you don't need any rest to jumpseat, why can't you drink?

While studies have clearly shown that sustained lack of rest will rapidly produce a higher degree of impairment than a drink or two, the emotional reaction to boozed-up pilots is much higher.

when you are jumpseating you are listed as an additional crew member vice a pax,
so, given that why risk it if something goes wrong on the flight and the federales get involved.
if you need a drink that bad, just buy a ticket
