I have a pink slip in my record, I say it with glee at my interviews. The next question I ask them is how many check rides have I had & passed like 30+. (I have been flying for a while in many different seats) time heals all bad check rides.
If you ocean of experience is just a puddle then yea your mark might slow you down but it will also make you a more well rounded person.
Unlike some of these guys who I have flown with had everything handed to them without any difficulty, fold like a house of cards the 1st time they have any adversity thrown at them.

PRIA is only 5 years.

But the majors are going ask for your COMPLETE work history and you will have to put down that you were fired by that 135. Imagine the field day the media would have with you if you crash and they find out that you were fired from a flying job in the past.

I haven't read all replies so I apologize if someone already suggested it, but it sounds like the easiest way is to just agree to work on your day off. Good luck!

Bullshzz. If you get drunk, bang in the woods naked but for a wrist watch and flip flops, break into the fire chiefs truck for a flash light, get caught by a helicopter and go to jail, Delta will hire you. Don't worry about this Pria hit.

That was an aberration. I heard that he knew people on the inside.
