While killing time here in the good doc's waiting room, looked into this toy seaplane. 400k, more or less. Same money that'll get you into an R22 light chopper. Seaplanes aren't especially dangerous. Taking off and landing on water is. Experience counts as does a steady diet. Also noticed ICON's primary DIP is a us/chinese bank. 1.1b net income reported for '22.

My boat does have a davit and rack for a dinghy. Maybe I could fit a small seaplane on that. It's been done before...

Maybe if you had two lake houses and wanted to fly between them it would be useful? I'm not sure what the target market or mission was other than a few rich persons plaything.
