There are a lot of pilots at Breeze who have good reason to be upset and/or leave. Captains and FOs. Shockingly, most of whats being said above is actually true. Not just forum speak.

That being said... nobody has (significantly) left yet. We still find DECs to hire left and right... Management has no incentive to provide better pay/QOL/etc without ACTUAL attrition so... Until then, continue to enjoy the suck.

Obviously we all care about pay, but realistically we aren’t profitable yet. All they can do is try to keep it close to other LCCs. And frankly, to have been close to or above JetBlue pay while being unprofitable even if it was only for a brief moment, that’s more than what we could have hoped for at this point. Many of us have been on 2nd+year Captain pay, day one. Now it’s 220k/240k+ pay. FO pay is competitive 1st and 2nd year. It’s not like we’re making peanuts. They’ll adjust it if people leave.

dude, we don’t talk about TSA Special Ops on a public forum. Expect a visit from them soon.

Question

Are people still getting PVD/BDL out of training? How long to hold PVU/CHS/TPA?

Expect BDL or PVD right away. The other three could be years away or you get it and stay on reserve for a long time since the Ejet pilots will be coming over and bumping you down. Charleston followed by Tampa are most senior

I have 500 hours and thinking of going for high experience FO.

How is your guys' training department and pass rates? Do they have thier head so far up thier ahss like some regionals do (psa), or are they organized in the material to study, and are top tier?

Specially e-190.

Also which bases are e190?

PSA’s training department has their heads up their asses? They’re one of the better regionals and usually those better regionals have fantastic training departments (Certainly better than ours at SWA).

You sound rather naive which at 500 hours is okay but perhaps realize that you don’t know what you don’t know.

LOOOL. PSA does NOT have a good training department. Funniest thing I've read all day.
