Anyone would be insane to stay at Breeze and not leave for a bigger airline with real work rules. I’m out early next year! The only ones that can realistically justify staying are 60+ years old, if you’re younger then that it’s time to GO!!! The flood gates are opening, there are a lot of pilots leaving now. Everyone is tired of managements false promises. The pilot call is a shill in order to make people think they care! Sinking ship. Delayed international, delayed deliveries. Multiple flights daily go without catering, shody maintenance, cutting routes, parking planes, mgmt and pilots leaving right and left. congrats and I agree 100%. It’s time to go. I’m waiting on my class date. Enough is enough, wasted too much time.

No flight should depart with shoddy maintenance. As the PIC you sign for the aircraft. In addition beware of carrying maintenance write ups until you get to a maintenance station. The FAA is getting wise to that. If every write up you put in the logbook is at the end of the day or a maintenance station you might at some point get asked questions.

I have seen it before. A write up goes in the book and poof it vanishes. Maintenance can delete them out without fixing them. Things get deferred never fixed. It is Mesa of the LCCs. Come here and you’re certainly to have something on your record!!!

How can they delete a write up? Are they hiring check washing criminals to erase the ink from the logbook?

are you going to United also?

Some of the captains are saying that if the pay does not match avelo that they will also go.

idk about breeze, but electronic maintenance logs are certainly in use my some US carriers.

Im not sure how!! But it it has happened to mine a lot!! Have you used the logbook app? It is total trash

You guys use an app.

DL still uses paper with literal carbon copies. I think that’s what threw sailing. We are WAAAY behind on the technology side.
