If our end goal is to be bought out, it will pay off. We will all get shuffled in ahead of wherever we would be if we were OTS hired at whatever legacy/LCC that buys us. While our pay and QOL looks less now, it will pay off in the long run

"fair and equitable" doesn't mean jumping the line AND gettting a massive bump in pay rates.

What are you talking about? Have you read the 2024 year end salary thread? Most of the latest contracts have pilots making crazy money. Where’s the drag?

Oh please. Those rates were achieved while Breeze was here, or while Allegiant is still making 50 bucks an hour first year or whoever else. We’re all working to get better so don’t go there. I think you have a beef with ULCC pay not breeze

Pay comparisons are made by like airlines. Delta, AA, and United are like airlines. Jetblue, SWA, Spirit, Frontier are like airlines. Breeze, Allegiant, Avelo are like airlines.

Do some research so you don't look like a fool.
