Thankyou for answering my questions. I guess that means I will have to drink the cool aid like everyone else until I get the minimums airlines are looking for.

Or hope the Chief Pilot has a daughter! But there have been cases of people getting hired below mins but that doesn't happen often. Also when it comes to the majors, yes with a new ATP your technically qualified but you're competing with guys who have 5,000-10,000tt who have been doing the same type of flying the majors do for the past 5-10 years. You could also look into Corporate.
