The Old ATI element here needs a union overhaul. I can't see why they don't put the old ATI DO in as MEC. He is a great guy & has twice the cranial capacity than anyone in upper ATI management. He makes our President JV look like a buck tooth red face knuckle dragger. Why not nominate him to MEC chair and throw a couple hot temper Capi guys in there to balance him out. A vertical challenged one from Michigan comes to mind. Then put some good writers in there to counter EVERY management email or message. CTR I know you were kidding but what you said in the other post about signage etc. is what a REAL union does.

The pay WILL change here when the behavior changes.
Another Fact is a lot of us are starting to feel lied to by these people. Red Face Bucky told everyone how big it was going to get and ATI was the next "big" thing. Now in recurrent you have them saying the exact opposite. If I remember right as a new hire he acted all positive they would get a new contract out this year & everyone will be a captain in a year and were adding hundreds of pilots total utopia.

Easy CTR, this guy broke the code all by himself. I'd love to meet him. I will be holding court in September with the new ATI guys to bring them up to speed on Red Face Bucky. "The character of a man never changes!"

We are hearing wonderful rumors at ABX about ****ing Red off so bad that he walked out of negotiations! Bravo, keep up the good work!

This message is from a passenger that was inconvenienced a couple of weeks ago out of PKWA when we had that extended mechanical, “ ... add as a USN retiree living on Kwajalein with my wife and son, please know that we appreciate all that you do for us crazy enough to live in the middle of nowhere. Your ATI employees are always courteous and professional and the flights are always very enjoyable! As we say in the Navy, Bravo Zulu (well done) to all the pros that make ATI great! Thanks for any help with this matter.” This speaks for itself, but thanks to all of you who work so hard to make the combi missions a success.
Thank God they covered our @$$'s again out there. Rather than pay them more than a CRJ crew Im just gonna stroke them a bit. They won't know the difference.
353AZ, 767-300, is in ILN for some post-modification maintenance, but should again be on line at the end of this week. It is intended to support Amazon with their needs during “Prime Week”, next week..
Prime week, we're getting primed right up the yingyang. While they are making themselves record profits off our backs

For those eligible employees who had an annual merit raise, those changes have been posted to “Self Service” for you to view."
BAHAHA yeah we walked out on any chance for you raise. We're gonna do some self service on the pilot group at the cost of providing for their families
Amazon’s June Performance finished at 98.77%. The last percent or two is always the most difficult to
get and the last 2 months have shown a good improvement over our April results. Nice work to all of you
who made these results!

Hilarious! but also painfully true...
Mgmt has done a fantastic job pulling the wool over everyone's eyes during the last year. They're smiling all the way to the bank.
Hopefully we'll get another "translation" from Midnight the next time SkyNotes gets published.
