The Old ATI element here needs a union overhaul. I can't see why they don't put the old ATI DO in as MEC. He is a great guy & has twice the cranial capacity than anyone in upper ATI management. He makes our President JV look like a buck tooth red face knuckle dragger. Why not nominate him to MEC chair and throw a couple hot temper Capi guys in there to balance him out. A vertical challenged one from Michigan comes to mind. Then put some good writers in there to counter EVERY management email or message. CTR I know you were kidding but what you said in the other post about signage etc. is what a REAL union does.

Make faces, scoff if you want. What you mentioned is what a real union does. They don't cower around for a week, they take it to the troops. Let them know what the company is doing. Not only that lets let the customers know and the community. Where is AMC at Scott? Rent a huge billboard there so the Gens see it as they drive through the gate. Go to Seattle, Leipzig, CVG do the same thing. Doing a combi fight get creative on that PA "Hey we love serving you guys and would love to continue but we are doing this for commuter pay and its hard to keep qualified pilots". The pay WILL change here when the behavior changes.


Another Fact is a lot of us are starting to feel lied to by these people. Red Face Bucky told everyone how big it was going to get and ATI was the next "big" thing. Now in recurrent you have them saying the exact opposite. If I remember right as a new hire he acted all positive they would get a new contract out this year & everyone will be a captain in a year and were adding hundreds of pilots total utopia.

Easy CTR, this guy broke the code all by himself. I'd love to meet him. I will be holding court in September with the new ATI guys to bring them up to speed on Red Face Bucky. "The character of a man never changes!"
On another subject:
We are hearing wonderful rumors at ABX about ****ing Red off so bad that he walked out of negotiations! Bravo, keep up the good work!

Since a Legacy ATI'er can't read between the lines Ill try to help out with this short Education

Hilarious! but also painfully true...
Mgmt has done a fantastic job pulling the wool over everyone's eyes during the last year. They're smiling all the way to the bank.

Hopefully we'll get another "translation" from Midnight the next time SkyNotes gets published.

You cant change the fonts or colors using Tapatalk unless you type in the vBulletin code
