I'd be laughing if it weren't a true.
LoL I'm sure our wages fund a LOT of stuff for ATSG.
We'll be stuck for a while until we get released for self help. Hopefully around Christmas 2018 19 20 is the question. Until then I'll just grab the ankles and hang on. Admittedly those attaboy letters from management are a good reach around.

Getting a release :
Youre probably right, judge would say the service is necessary.
Joining 1224:
ATI management is in the process of making that happen by blowing us off continually. Low balling us with 20% offers is insulting. We should start at the ABX rate and move up...PERIOD
I've said it until blue in the face. We'll have to team up to further ourselves.
I keep taking in the rear like this on pay I'd might as well get a lower back tattoo that says " ALPA "

Listen. There is not one reason not one why ATI should not get paid Kalitta plus. In a beautiful twist of irony it's the new hires driving the negotiations. Turns out promises of shiny new 777s don't always work. And soapy and his gang are smoking some strong stuff if they think ABX will give any work rules for raises. Full retro. Kalitta plus. Better work rules. Or maybe explain to Amazon and DHL why we can't get our house in order. FOs are leaving. Q4 is coming. And mgmgt tell us we don't care if it becomes a revolving door. What could possibly go wrong this winter.

I don't see how these companies think they can keep getting away with these criminal wages. What you have to do is play it like the Spirit guys and avoid open time flying like the plague. The problem is when people get selfish and fail to see the bigger picture.

Not really much open time right now, but I suspect attrition is about to pick up significantly and change that situation.
