I do 20-30 miles a week on a Treadmill and just did 3 sets of 320 nursing a bad shoulder. (No juice or test) Granted I'm not running mid 4's anymore with my glorious mullet in the wind but I'm not riding the K-loader upstairs either! Lmao
Next time we fly just assume at 500' you'll hear "my airplane" ROFLMAO !!!

PS Those monsters are gonna have you tapping out. [true]
Since youre on the management blacklist why not get with the movement and stick this crappy contract of the arse of the enemy. Our union is bought, negotiations have failed, its purely up to the pilot groups now.

Because it's much more fun slinging ****** on the internet, then being part of the solution. CTR is legacy, what did you really expect?

Others say you could be a morbid obese a check airman that still works here and makes threats of LCs on the net.
I pray you're not those guys though. One I've seen in person and the other in a ALPA news rag. They look like manatees grew legs and took to land. If you're the guy that works here still I bet some time on the picket line will tone you up a little.
Both ATI legacy and Capital have horrific union history thats embellished with misrepresentation bordering on criminal. Only difference is some of the capital guys have snapped out of it. ATI legacy still dazed and confused still and thinking they could save the whole operation by giving a little more and maybe amazon will buy us. Its Stockholm syndrome at its best. Id say some are coming around. BUT I had friend that just flew with an ex capital guy that claimed he didnt care about contracts and money. My buddy texted me "WTF" on that one.

Just another example of an impotent union at ATI. They have a check airman on a public forum that is stupid enough to threaten line checks.
He should have been tossed out so hard his first bounced would be in the parking lot. Believe me he'd bounce! The great thing is that anyone that has ever failed a line check will have a civil case against him and the company.
Another item our trusty MEC let blow by. I just want to know how they fit under vestal's desk or if they take turns.
