Fortunately on the CRJ side of things we have a high pass rate. We donít just hand them out, but Iíve taught/checked since the beginning of the program and have not had to fail anyone yet. Weíve given people extra sim sessions if they are not ready, rescheduled checkrides. I can tell you every check airmen in this program has no motivation to mess up a persons career by handing out an undeserved failure.

You're not seeing it because it's not installed. You win one free internet for the detective work.

Also, I think we/someone missed a tongue in cheek MEL comment:

It's not deferred.

But that's a good one!

Would any MIA based IFL Group Pilots mind sending me a PM? I am curious about the Convair schedule and am hoping to join IFL within the next year.

Thanks!

Or if anyone from IFL Group would like to chat, it would be much appreciated! 😎

What are the chances of a 300ish hour CMEL pilot of getting sic in the falcon as a new hire? Or would they be predicated to spending a year or two sitting sideways in the 727 as a FE ?
