SBA base is poor QOL. Work Monday-Saturday every week. Fatigue is an issue with schedule. Beware HR description of schedule. Nights spent in hotel in Ontario. Can have long lunch at home. Great location, terrible QOL. Always been unable to staff base due to poor QOL,and doesn't pay enough to live in the area. There's a reason its always available.
FYI FedEx side is late planes usually. A lot of sitting at plane waiting, long days. High turnover. Not the company it used to be unfortunately.
