I understand you are "home" based? can you live outside CONUS and they airline you to where the plane is?

Thanks for answering.
Microsoft teams meeting typically w a captain & HR. No sim check. You can live anywhere in the world.

IDK. Kalitta & Atlas have unions but the guys are not happy either. Pick your poison.

What are the most flown routes to Europe? What about Asia?
Do you always start a rotation from MCO and end up in MCO after the rotation?

MCO is only for the A330 & B757.

74 crews are home based. Just think “reserve” for all flights.

The Europe routes eastbound are off track because the aircraft are always loaded, heavy & below the tracks. Asia is flight plan routes.

Sometimes, you will have a short commute home. Sometimes you won’t.

There are also people “not happy” at UPS. I’d choose a CBA and legally protected work rules any day.

No the hours flown, 747 pilots get a fair bit more flying than the 757 and A330. Hence more per diem as well due to time away plus international per diem is higher than domestic per diem.

The difference there is that they at least have a union. They have a contract that has to be followed, made by pilots, for pilots, or else the company will be in deep sh*t. They have estabilesh work rules, and they cannot be terminated unless its for just cause, etc.
I'd HIGHLY work for a company with a union than one without one ANYDAY. Even if the non-union company pays 50k more a year.
