That’s how I understand it. However it’s full monthly guarantee. Other places you don’t get that while you’re in training so it kind of offsets the no per diem.

And Atlas pays 1600 a month in training, my regional didn’t pay full Min guarantee until after training. Some do some don’t. They also are operating off a contract centered around an operation that was only Miami based up until recently. So it’s not surprising that it’s structured the way it is. It’s part of what will change in the new CBA from what I’ve been told. If you can’t handle making full guarantee and no per diem for a short while I don’t know what to tell you.

Training pay sucks at Atlas but we also get per diem and hotel is obviously paid as well. With all this Covid crap going on, training pay while in Miami is around $4,500 including per diem. Not bad at all

Hoping the company gets home basing at the very least. JS to MIA is a nightmare.

I didnt mean to come off snarky or ungrateful but yeah i supposed the out of date contract has a causal factor with this. That being said, how are the hotels in the system when on overnights? Schedule?

I also hope some items, such as home basing, get put into good-faith LOAs prior to the full contract negotiations process.
