My understanding is that the only way to break guarantee is fly off days. Otherwise it’s 60 hours of pay a month rinse and repeat. Is that correct?

My rough math tells me a new hire without working days off would take home out $4800 a month per diem included. Does that sound like it’s in the ball park of reality?

I’ve also got an interview next week via Zoom. Current in Type, INTL, TPIC, current 121...Any idea on what to expect for the interview?
Any idea if home basing will be an opportunity in the future with the new flying contracts?

When I interviewed a year ago was very relaxed, no technical questions or anything, more of a “can I fly with him?”
Most pilots I talk with want home basing, not sure everybody knows what it is though

My buddy used Air BNB And wound up on 53rd floor overlooking Biscayne Bay. I stayed at the Candlewood on 36th. Also call the Aloft. They’ll offer a reduced rate for crew extended stay. Good luck.
