can someone explain the retirement program, if the company contributes or matches/etc.
Can a Pilot raise his hand and fly more than 60 a month?
If Amazon dials it back and sends business to other companies, who else is ATI flying for. I believe some military stuff, which is a good thing
Thank you

As far as flying more, yes and no. You can volunteer your days off, but obviously that’s need based on the companies part. You’ll credit either 3.75 or 7.75 hours per day, depending on whether or not you’ve worked 16 days yet that bid period. It’s rare that you would block more than you would credit, so you’ll likely get your base pay + the aforementioned VOL/RIG pay, not exactly your block hours in pay.
Also worth nothing that it’s 60 per bid period, not per month. There are 13 bid periods, so it’s hourly payx60x13 for total yearly compensation.
Almost all of of our eggs are in the Amazon basket.

It varies for the most part trips are mostly built to be 1 long block. Now, while it varies from bid package to bid package, it’s not always 16 and 12. For example, last bid package there was a 56 day line that had 18 days off on cycle and 13 the next. There’s also lines that have smaller pairings but more of them. These resemble more of a week-ish on/off.

How competitive would someone with 1600+ TT and no turbine time be? 1000+ multi time, 135 commuter PIC time.
Looking back a couple pages during the middle of Covid and I'm seeing lots of guys with 75/76 types, 2500+ TT and 121 experience that got TBNT letters back. I realize COVID made things weird/way more competitive but now that all the furloughed guys have been picked up, what is historically the background of new hires?

Go to a regional as DEC. If you can survive training there and get a year under your belt, you are much more competitive.
