Pilots are our own worst enemies. We are highly trained and skilled blue collar professionals that do a very dangerous job, yet we make it look easy to the public. 99% of the time it is mostly boring and mundane flying that we perform, it is the 1% of the time that we really earn our money. Just like this incident, they performed their job like the professionals they are, and safely brought the plane back in one piece, save for some tiny pieces that may have fallen off. There was no loss of life, no one was injured and they walked away from it. That takes skill and training to do that! Yes we say things like, "yeah no big deal, that is what we get paid for," or "it was easy." Take pride in this crew and the fact they were successful in doing their job, and they didn't die.

Hiring, Class update.
April 5'th class of 12 is set. I believe HR is wanting to bring it to 14. Class of 12-14 every 3 weeks till July. Upgrades to continue. Training/HR/CP offices to evaluate in June needs going forward into Fall.
No word on when Hiring App Window will open again, but I imagine in a month or two. Someone here will post it when it does.
Hope this helps.
