First of all, it's a Boeing trip. Secondly, the First Officer, John Where's-the-beef, must have a good reason for not working those 3 days during the month, so let's give him a break. 
We should be glad that he's actually left those 3 days for others to jump on. How could it possibly be wrong for someone to talk with this jerk. It probably won't do any good, as he's very senior and has been in that seat way too long. Probably working on his high 5, because he's probably unable to check out as a Captain, if for no other reason than he shows very poor judgment.
As an aside, does anyone know who the S/O on that DP is? I'm very surprised as I've always thought that the Tiger guys had more sense. Guess he's been hanging around Mempho too long.
