Easy way to get fo's to stop flying DP's. If Captains had some stones, they would deny landings to the scum bags. " Sorry, my landings have been a little weak lately so I need the extra practice." Every 90 days they would have to go to the sim. They might eventually get the idea.

Albie......pick up the razor......pick up the razor!

I think it might be too late.....he was going in to find out what happened to TONYC........he knew the power of the dark side was strong.

Mesmerizing to watch the transformation of TonyC from malcontent (who published DP flyer links) to voting "for " the LOA on day one. Albie had to go in alone and unafraid to find out what became of his internet collegue.

With full knowledge of the risk, he still developed a platform and accepted a nomination.

First the attempts at mustache growing.......only on the weekends, only just to see what it would look like, yeah, gonna find out if the wife and kids think its rugged...I can shave it anytime I want...besides, it's not like it's a real mustache....it's kinda Hitler like....

Now the Calendar blocking......just to show how easy it would be to be "non-transparent"....get a little rush.....just being naughty.....not going to keep it blocked...just seeing if anyone notices....

All the time whispering "what have I got in my pocketses", while fingering an alpa pocket calendar....imagining the power that comes with the "MEC" lanyard hanging around one's neck

Oh, the unbridled power....coveted by all those who challenge with a "no-confidence" recall ballot.....those that deign to fill an open Block Rep position.

But that power comes with a deep price.....cholesteral buildup from frequent dinners at Ruth's Chris......memorizing the daily traffic patterns around Poplar and Kirby......stifling the compelling desire to begin every sentence with "WHEREAS...".

Like the selfless man who knowingly exposes himself to a pathogen because it's the only way to save his friends, he now can only wait and watch while the symptoms take hold.

Farewell my friend, we will miss your unfiltered posts.....you will soon be under the spell that gagged TonyC.

Au Revoir

I agree 100%, and thought I said so in my initial post. I guess you didn't get the sarcastic nature of either of my posts on this guy. Sorry.

Oh, now that freak'in hurts! NO, is the answer. I drove F-100's and then A-10's, never something that didn't have a gun and the ability to drop bombs.

It's called sarcasm.....I may have too much time on my hands, pal, but you could use some charm school...No need for name calling.....it's an easy indication of your poor breeding.

It sounded like a slam on union volunteers. How were you bred?

Mostly engineering at AFA, not much creative writing or reading comp!

No...it was tongue in cheek, as I had gave him a good natured ribbing about a mustache as some famous people on here spoke about Union Volunteers and mustaches.....others have made wild accusations about innappropriate spending of Union Dollars with Roman Festival-like indulgent dinners at Ruth Chris....Other idiotic assumptions like all Calendar Blockers are trying to hide inappropriate use of association flyback type stuff.

When TonyC volunteered, I was one of the ones who congratulated him and said he was one of the few who put their actions where their mouth was and I got castigated for that. I was told it was inappropriate to tell people who were disatisfied with the process, that they should help change it.

TonyC has not been able to contribute on such a frank basis since his election, as his views now may be misconstrued as the position of the MEC.

I imagine, Aaron will be in the same situation, which is really not a loss for us, just using his savvy as a member of our representation, instead of an individual pilot posting on a web board.

I was commenting on the irony that "really good guys"....who go to represent us can easily become the subject of "conspiracy theory". So either all that I said is ridiculous and the subject of poorly written satire, or there is a diabolical force that overcomes these "really good guys", once they get elected. If that is the case, then the diabolical force and subsequent temptations to go to the dark side must be as powerful and legendary as Darth Vader or Gollum's ring.

It was a joke....and I can only blame my poor literary skills for the lack of comprehension on your parts......

The poor breeding part was serious.....no need for name calling.

For the record, if I was slamming Union volunteers, then I was slamming myself. PM me if you want to know the things I did or you doubt my veracity.

Regards,

Poorly Bred, expository writing challenged,

Laughing Jackass.
