Yes, but there are still some holes in Hong Kong, not likely to be any new hires in Paris if the if the real bid is at all like the practice.

From Practice bid #2:

MEM 11CAP - 3 guys age 63 by 5/2008( 1 got it on Secondary)

ANC 11CAP - 1 guy already over 63

LAX 11CAP - 4 guys already over 63( 1 got it on Secondary)

MEM 30CAP - 2 guys over 63, 3 by 6/08, 1 by 9/08, 1 by 12/08(1 by secondary)

My list only goes up to Sen. number 1000, or so.

What's the point of opening a secondary vacancy, if you're not going to train the guy? Just to pay him passover?

With the company not short in any seat, what is the incentive for non-FDA, non-757 training to happen "on-time"?

I think we'll see training dates pushed to the right...
