the big question, when will an associated training letter be posted, end of July is probably a good bet.

I guess I can call this the MFOAB.
So, does anyone get why they did 1 excess in each of those seats?

 

yes. the contract says you can go to any U.S. based seat you can hold, based on seniority when you are excessed, unless that seat is also in excess.

the company will basically be able to get the seats filled in seniority order, fill whatever secondaries they choose, and keep trying to scare f/o's to bidding hkg.

 

To give those folks an opportunity to bid to relieve excess..

 

Training letters are up. Look bogus to me. All training starts on 1 Jan 09.

 

So that we don't have to have an endless number of excess bids throughout the rest of the year. (24.C.6.c.)

 

I'm gonna call bogus too.. Just look at the 757.. All those folks start on New Year's Day.. I don't think so!
