You will not get leveled for a MU trip. Lots of words wasted on this but the short and long answer is no. Ever

I bid and was awarded a JUL m/u trip. Trip was revived and extended into my AUG R days. No leveling credit yet (trip hasn't ended yet). Interestingly, my web calendar and pay screen still show the original trip footprint (I've never seen when a trip revision wasn't immediately shown on the web calendar? When I click on it, it shows the revision but the "footprint" is clearly the original trip?).

Spoke with both the control center scheduler and the daily scheduler. Appears to be a "programming problem"?

Thoughts? Comments? Thanks

Mark
Had that happen once, no biggie.

Default Just one more

I haven't been able to find it in the contract so here is my question.

If you have a VTO built with trips AND R-days, are you leveled for the trips scheduled on your line?

Yes, you get leveled for anything that is paid in the current month.

M/U lags a month. If you have a CIA trip and you trade it you lose the leveling because it goes from a CIA to M/U. Leveling is pay credit.

Bummer is if you do a M/U trip this month you do not get leveling in the next month even though it is paid in the next month. It's all about the trip code and pay.

Assuming the trips are flown before the R-days.

I have had VTOs with trips and R-days and NOT been levelled (sp?). Called DT at ALPA and he said this was in accordance with the contract. Remember reading his referenced section/paragraph but do not recall it now.

That could very well have been the case! Another unwelcome senior moment about twenty years too early!

If you get a VTO with trips and reserve, you are leveled for the trips as you fly them. If your reserve days are prior to the trips, you are not leveled. At least that is what I've seen.
