From a retired UAL bud ...

I've often been asked, 'what do you old guys do now that you're retired?'
Well, I have a friend who hangs out with me. He has a chemical engineering background and one of the things we enjoy most is turning beer, wine, bourbon, tequila, and martinis into urine.

And, we're pretty damn good at it.

Yea, making 5 times the money (buy her a first class ticket) and having 3 and 4 day layovers all over the world with FedEx doesn't compare to that. 20 hours in Rome WOW! My weekend in SYD doesn't sound so good now.

Dude what are you smoking?

Man I am junior (reserve guy) but if this guy had 25+ years he'd be able to do anything here and make more money. It sounded like now that he was a junior FO at DAL he could do cool stuff and include his wife. My point is that he could do much more here being senior.
You could improve your life too .... get off the bus, you have limited yourself don't blame me. I've flown both and the fact is the bus is a big 727 period.
