Well, UPS had their first major sort last night at the new expanded hub and word is that it didn't go well at all. The majority of the new shift are high schoolers and some have left already. They are paying a crew of about 40-50 people from DAY to get on a bus, ride 2-3 hours, help work the sort and then ride back all while still on the clock. But that can't last forever. My question is that they can't keep sending trucks back to DAY to sort and they wont delay the small package planes to connect the heavy frieght and the DAY hub is closing in about 3 weeks, what will they do?
