BTW, the biggest hard-core IBT supporters at AJT were two young guys, who absolutely toed the line, were abused by management, and laughed their way to UPS. Those were two of the best guys at AJT. And they formerly flew 1900's out of Miami for probably your same company.

Hey guys it was nice to meet you last night! It was unfortunate that those scabs on ajt 813 took to the air.. I am sure the image of all of us holding the pickets at the departure end of 27 was burning in their minds the whole way to Port of Spain.
For those that dont know two ABX management pilots operated AJT813 I dont remember the last names but one was a CP by the name of John and the other guys name was Mike.
The best part of the night however, was when we confronted the VP of flight ops for ABX...That scumbag (more like fat troll) didnt know where to hide! Coward!
I'm gonna try and make it out there again tomorrow!
Hold the line!

Just heard from our Exco that struck cargo is being concealed in black wrapping with sealed paperwork and being loaded onto non Amerijet charter flights in MIA. Remember, you have every right to inspect the cargo and paperwork.

Just curious if anyone has an idea on how long a strike like this can last? Obviously its a war of attrition at this point between workers not being paid and the company bleeding cash. I can't imagine an operation like AJT being able to sustain the cost of chartering aircraft and losing spoiled goods for very long. I wonder just how much of this cargo is slipping by on other carriers or through the AJT and Canadian scabs.

I don't fly cargo so forgive the ignorance but is shipped cargo not required to be clearly labeled? Seems like someone in the FAA, ICE, Homeland, (pick your poison) would want some sort of labels on them. How else would you know if they have HAZMAT materials?

It's funny how some people, once management at worse places than Amerijet, are all of a sudden Joe Hill now a strike is on. People are better known by how they behave in the real world rather than by what they put on message boards.
