I, along with the rest of the industry, are eagerly awaiting your $300/hr pay rates.

I think I would change your name then. You aren't cynical, you are insane. Not that I wouldn't love it, but this is coming from a group that could foul up a wet dream. The 300 an hour train left the station long ago, and we weren't on it.

You can give me all the reasons in the world why we should get it, and I will agree with every one (probably), but the fact is that you get what you are strong enough to negotiate for, not what you deserve. Our organization and the egomaniacal negotiating chair have let us down.

Wait for FDX, they'll be up next and I hope that they get it, but I fear our package will throw a huge anchor out on their efforts

Good luck on the TA. I hope that your company does the right thing by your pilot group. As for Fedex, our max pay now is $206.24, so you do the math. We will be lucky to get to approx $231 (12%) over a 4 - 5 yr period from ratification.

Are those figures at DOS or end of contract? Retro/signing bonus?

Hope you are wrong! Good luck and don't settle just to get it over with. We are behind you all the way.

Any word on what the new guys get? That 26k has gotta hurt! Best of luck. Hopefully this starts to reverse the trend downward for us all...

I'm hearing it's going to go up. For crying out loud it better. It was tough to get by on it. It didn't even cover my mortgage.
