Like I said before 580 and 581 are sorely needed. Asia peak will start soon and we need all the lift we can find. Expect more metal to arrive soon.

Did you hear UPS took delivery of "brand-spanking-new" 747-400's that carry more payload?
I also saw that UPS is taking delivery of "brand-spanking-new" 767-300's?
I also heard Fred threatened to cancel the 777's on capitol hill if he didn't get his way. BTW the 777's look to replace MD-11's and DC-10s that are old. Not so much because of volume. Fred even said that it's slowing down yesterday.
I heard the UPS' aircraft fleet is over ten years newer on avg. than Fed Ex's too.
