You know...."Love's Country Store" is that truck stop right next to I-40, and they have a Subway. Subway is where you can buy healthy food that only takes a few minutes, and costs about $5. They are open on Sunday all day- in fact, I think that place is open 24/7!
That, and it allows you to keep your cholesterol in check. I'm of the opinion that the Fedex cafeterias are engineered to REDUCE the retirement payouts of pilots at this company by serving the most un-heart-healthy foods imaginable!

You guys do know that Subway isn't really "healthy"? Lunch meat is not good for you, even turkey. They fill that stuff with all sorts of chemicals. Better than the buffeteria and McDonalds and BK by a little maybe, but still. However, since most of you guys are senior to me, eat up!
