The way I read it, a move over is 1,000 lbs and move back is 3,000 lbs? Just for comparison:

Please correct me if I missed something.

This is one of the greatest stall tactics I have seen. None of the important improvements we wanted. They get the FDA's and we get a few pennies. They know most of our pilots can't see past next month's BLG and your going to get your 3% next month. Approved, but not by me.

The company has admitted that last peak was the LARGEST in FedEx history. That means it was the most LUCRATIVE in FedEx history. On top of that, the company made millions of dollars off our backs with that 4a2b thievery. And all they will offer is an anemic 3% pay increase and a few pennies to our per diem rate after they took tens of thousands of dollars from most of us last year? They've got to be joking. This is the best the NC could do? The company needs that FDA badly. Let's find out just how badly they need it. The company has made record profits. The reason we are buying new planes and beginning to hire is because business is so good. This company needs to start sharing some of those profits with the pilots who helped make them. If these highlights are really the meat of this TA then it needs to be sent back and a new one negotiated that has some substantial increases. The increases in this TA appear to be marginal at best. Unacceptable.

Nah we learned our lesson, it will pass with 21% of the membership voting yes, 13% voting no, and 66% wondering what is 1% of $168K.

New hires will get to spend a couple more months on probation, so they got that going for them.

Which is nice.

Actually, I think we only cancelled our original order of 10. I think we still have options on 10 others.

I sure hope it wasn't an unaminous decision. I want to believe at least some of the reps can see that this isn't the best that we can do.
