It's called negotiating capitol (leverage). BT single-handedly destroyed this leverage with his so-called inability to count.

You will find that I have said Lonsestar BT (our VP) would certainly do a fine job providing effective leadership, if prez BT would do the right thing and take himself and his histrionics out of office.
