Junior = money's tighter, kids are younger, more likely to have not moved to MEM yet, still in Guard/Reserve.
For those reasons and more that I've probably missed, the old guys will always run ALPA and will always do so to their own advantage (human nature is what it is).

I think what HazCan says IS valid and it isn't weak. Clearly, he's doing what he can to encourage those of us on the sidelines to get involved and do what you can for the union, rather than snipe from the sidelines. I don't think you give up your right to respectfully complain when things aren't going the way you think they should, but he's right in saying that yelling from the outside isn't at all as effective as getting in on the inside and seeing what can be done to help.
We're all guilty of this to some degree. Maybe he's encouraged me to run for something or get involved. That can't be a bad thing for all of us to look at.

I knew there was a reason I hadn't looked at this site for nearly a year. The same old bunch of pathetic losers who hang out here that think that just because the majority of the crew force, who have spent as much time studying the TA and researching the pertinent parts as you supposed experts have, voted to approve it are now idiots and losers.
