I actually heard that the company is going to issue Boeing front seaters small 4 megapixel digital cameras and some velcro.
1) Log onto VIPS and pull up needed LIDO charts.
2) Take pictures with your new "EFB".
3) Velcro your "EFB" to the yoke (or sidemount, your choice!)
4) Scroll through your "charts" as your flight progresses.
This is in addition to our new 727 ACARS program. Boeing crews will be issued a two way pager in which they can input times, mx requests, engine logs, etc. On taxi out/in, data will transmit to AOC. Inflight use is strictly prohibited. This, of course, will be accomplished and carried by the engineer.

OK, there are some things that are bugging me about LIDO and I'll put in suggestions to the "Special Website" for it, but if I'm the only one then nothing's gonna get fixed.
1. Class B airspaces are a real pain in the a$$ to figure out. We need a 1B page again.
2. The pdc lists a FMQ2 (Williamsport arrivial) at Newark, and I know what they mean cuz I've been doing it for years, but what about a new guy. Shouldn't have to look at VORs within a printed STAR to try and figure out if it's the right one. All arrivals and sids should have their abbreviated name on them.
Any more that you guys have seen?
