My buddy was just hired on with them. Today was his class start date for the Saab. He had 2000tt with his ATP and turbine time from the airlines and a citation gig.

Any idea on what QOL and schedule might be? I know they offer a retention bonus for first and second year but anything after that??

What is the interview like? I think it is one day...

No, they don't... And the 24 month contract will cripple you when big airlines start hiring.

They just posted an opening on bizjetjobs. Is the first year saab still around 27k? My wife is asking about getting out to the islands, but the cost/pay is going to kill me I think. Thanks

No retention bonus
No retention contract
No transportation to interview
ATP and 60 Credits/College Degree are the hard mins
ATM 500 qualifying 121 Captain time (135 Large multi Turb PIC/121 Time, Military) seems to be target
QOL – depends on what you consider here. IMO great except Dineros
