Maybe there will be an email about this; you know things that are thought about while shaving and wishing to fly...

Maybe but we won't get it because we can't login! I can't login from my phone, iPad, or laptop. Yikes!

Are you sure it was while shaving?

Oh well, 48 hours until Novemebr Bids close, this will be interesting.....
Actual error message I get says "User resource not protected".
On the initial Flight Ops page, there is a link to e-mail for help, you can select that without logging into PFC. I entered my personal e-mail address as a contact and explained the problem. maybe if everyone else sends an e-mail the Data prtection dweebs at Fedex might figure out there is an issue?

In the meanwhile, do you suppose Crew Sked is going into meltdown because noone is acknowledging their VIPS Notifications?

Just had an email exchange with JB - he's trying to get the changes pulled back till it gets sorted out. Evidently the entire PFC servers were moved (as planned) to CO Springs last night and this was the result. Great timing..

In the mean time, if you have a problem with manual login with Safari, etc, - try checking your bookmark. Try pilot.fedex.com without the www. Cheers
